Returns & Refunds

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products (like used gym equipment, personal care items, or customized orders) cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
